Springfield Exchange Club President Mark Sullivan, at the July 19th, 2016 regular meeting, presents a check for $1,000 from the Springfield Exchange Club Foundation to Captain Justin Caldwell of the local Salvation Army unit. The Army has so many worthwhile projects for at-risk youth that we are privileged to assist their good works.
