Tony Bailey, seen here with Exchange Club of Springfield Treasurer Peg Haemmerle, is Chaplain for the Clark County Jail and was the guest speaker at our club membership meeting at Noon on May 23rd, 2017. He spoke of a way to use television to fundamentally change the way that incarcerated men and women spend their days. These programs can create a new mind set for them through selective positive television programming. For 13 hours a day, the Keyvision TV programming is making an effort to change the mindset of inmates from one of hopelessness and despair to one of accomplishment and self esteem.
