The Exchange Club of Springfield inducted a new member at the annual New Officer Installation Banquet, Tuesday evening, June 13, 2017, at the Student Center of Wittenberg University. Melissa Tuttle, Clark County Clerk of Courts, was inducted by Ohio-West Virginia District President-Elect, Beverly Sewell. Melissa was sponsored by club member Larry Sewell.
