Members of the Exchange Club of Springfield assisted employees of Oesterlen Services for Youth at the Kid Zone area Saturday, September 9, 2017.
The Kid Zone provided a secure playground for children of the participants of the United Way’s 2017 Community Challenge. The children played games, engaged in making crafts, and enjoyed a “bouncy house” play house. Exchangites worked in shifts from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and served approximately 40 children. A good time was had by all under beautiful skies and mild temperatures.
