The Exchange Club of Springfield met Tuesday October 3, 2017 at the Wittenberg Student Center for their regularly scheduled Noon meeting. The Speaker was Deb McCullough, Director of On-The-Rise, who accepted the $1.250.00 Exchange Club of Springfield Foundation donation from Club Member Dan Gallagher.
Located in a unique country setting on an eight acre farm just outside of Springfield, Ohio, On-The-Rise serves at-risk youth in Clark County struggling with family, social, educational, and behavioral issues.
