The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio held its 69th annual Kid’s Day at the Clark County Fair Sunshine Special. The weather was perfect, we were graced with the presence of the Clark County Fair Queen and 4-H King and Queen, there were at least 100 youth that participated, and many Exchangites volunteered their time. Thanks to Chairman Mark Sullivan, President Marc Holt, Jerry Sewell, Alan Pezckowski, Doris Ross, Dan and Marilyn Gallagher, Susan and Abbey Kittles, Clerk of Courts Melissa Tuttle, Sheriff Deb Burchett, Wendy Holt, Don Lynam, Peg Haemmerle, Larry Sewell, and Vinny Michael. We were also delighted to welcome our old friend and now Division Six Director Steve Klipfel who pitched in and worked just like old times. The porkchops were just as good as always, and so was the fellowship at the lunch prior to our event. Many thanks to Wendy for the donated eggs. It made it an eggcelent event.
