The Exchange Club of Springfield distributed over 5,000 US flags at the 2021 Memorial Day Parade, on May 31, in Springfield, Ohio. The Give-A-Kid-A-Flag-To-Wave Project was adopted by the National Exchange Club in 1981, and the club began participating a few years later. The project is part of the Americanism Programs of Service by Exchange Clubs throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Other programs feature Service to Youth, Community Service, and our National Project – The Prevention of Child Abuse.
