The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio met for its regularly scheduled member meeting on Tuesday October 12, 2021 at the Benham-Pence Student Center Alumni Room, on the campus of Wittenberg University at 7:00 AM, with six members and two guests present. Guest Speaker was Leann Castillo, Director of National Trail Parks and Recreation District. Leann shared with us how the organization coped with Covid restrictions and how the pandemic caused an increase in the use of the parks and trails they are responsible for. Also, the staff received many comments from citizens about how wonderful the various parks were and how some did not even know the venues were there! Leann accepted a Foundation Donation in the amount of $250 from Foundation Board member Peg Haemmerle
