The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio met on the campus of Wittenberg University, Tuesday September 26, 2023, 6 PM, at the Benham-Pence Student Center Alumni Room, with 13 members and 1 guest present. The Guest Speaker was Carey McKee, Project Coordinator, Clark County Partners in Prevention program. The group brings federal grant money to area to fight the addictions found here, focusing on the drug, alcohol, and tobacco usage in the county. Addictions are most prevalent in those who start using before the age of 18. Currently they are focusing on the vape products available and being sold to minors. Carey reported there are 95 tobacco stores in the city and 45 in the county
