The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio met Tuesday January 23, 2024, Noon, at the Benham-Pence Student Center Alumni Room with 12 members and 13 guests present. The club honored five Students of the Month and their Counselors, from Northwestern – Mia Reynolds, from CTC – Andrea Mendoza, from Northeastern – Sara Farmer, from Emanuel Christian – Winston Hughes, and from Shawnee – Heather Hare. Each student received a stipend of $100 and a Youth of the Month Certificate. An essay contest will be a large part of the club selecting its Youth of the Year and the subsequent $ 1,000 college scholarship and submission for the OH-WV District Youth of the Year and its $ 1,000 college scholarship.
