Chair Karen Hupp led an enthusiastic group of Exchange Members as they distributed over 4,000 4” x 6” US Flags at the Springfield Memorial Day Parade, through the Give-A-Kid-A-Flag-To-Wave Project. The crowd was a bit light due to the threat of rain, but the day was partly sunny and mild for the bulk of the parade.
