Six members of the Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio attended the Friends of Scouting luncheon at the Hollenbeck-Bailey Conference Center in Downtown Springfield Wednesday February 5, 2025. The Keynote Address was provided by newly elected Clark County Commissioner Charlie Patterson, who provided such outstanding leadership as Clark County Health Commissioner during the Covid crisis. A Scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent.
