The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio had an informational booth at the 2025 Leadership Clark County Non-Profit Fair at the Hollenbeck-Bayley Conference Center, on Tuesday April 10th, 2025. The Leadership Academy provides a series of training workshops, supplemental “brown-bag” leadership seminars, peer coaching, and networking opportunities with alumni to help develop and hone the tools, knowledge, and skills of a leader. The Academy helps to create and engage a network of external and internal leadership experts and colleagues.
Larry and Skip presented our club’s compelling 104 year old legacy of service to the community with the goal of acquiring a new member or two. We had much interest at our table from the recent Academy graduates, and hope some will be inspired to serve the community with us!
