The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio met Tuesday, March 24th on the campus of Wittenberg University. We enjoyed an educational and moving presentation from AnnMarie Smearsal on the Start Strong initiative of the Clark County Health Department. Much of what AnnMarie shared can be found at Community Health Assessment (CHA) and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) – Clark County Combined Health District. In addition to the wonderful guest, we had two potential new members in attendance! AnnMarie accepted a Foundation donation of $250 from club IPP Skip Warner.
