Eighteen members of the Exchange Club of Springfield Ohio, (almost half of the total club membership), met on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 for the annual Program Development Meeting. Many topics were discussed including; potential new projects, community engagement, recruitment, and fundraising. The chat was lively and very appreciated by club officers as we move into a new year of Exchange. Some highlights of the meeting:
– The club will complete some 50 projects this year
– We need to re-prioritize Prevention of Child Abuse Area of Impact
– We’d like to find more ways to directly help the homeless in our town
– New member recruitment has gone very well as the club has grown this year again
– Many members were willing and eager to take on new responsibilities
The club looks forward an exciting 2026-27. Unity for Service!
