Members of the Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio ‘passed the hat’ at the 60th Annual 2026 Summer Arts Festival in Veterans Park. The 5-week summer tradition hosted under the stars at Veterans Park Amphitheater, is completely free to the public. The Springfield Arts Council (SAC) is a non-profit organization in Springfield, Ohio, dedicated to bringing professional performing arts to Clark County and the surrounding region. The Summer Arts Festival is the nation’s longest-running admission-free annual outdoor performing arts festival. The festival depends upon grants, donations from local foundations, and the ‘pass the hat’ during each intermission.
