The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio dedicated a Freedom Shrine Friday April 17th, 2026 at The Heritage Center in downtown Springfield. The club is participating in the Celebration 250 events commemorating the the 250th anniversary of our country. Ohio-West Virginia District President Mark Sullivan gave the Invocation, Exchange Club Foundation of Springfield President Larry Sewell gave the Dedication Address, with a welcome from The Heritage Center Executive Director Jane Fischer, and commentary by Natalie Fritz, Archivist & Outreach Director, and Kasey Eichensehr, Senior Curator. A reception was held immediately thereafter. What a great afternoon!
