The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio, honored those who gave their last full measure of devotion by participating in the Springfield Memorial Day Parade and distributing 4,000 US flags through the Give-A-Kid-A-Flag-To-Wave Project. The weather was perfect after a week of rain and storm. Hats off to Chair Karen Hupp for her organizational skills and many thanks to the 22 club members who participated before or during the parade!
