Three members of the Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio attended the recently concluded National Exchange Club Convention in Omaha, Nebraska. The club garnered the National Exchange Club’s initial presentation of the ‘Community Awareness Award’ for clubs with 30-74 members. The club also earned the Big ‘E’ Award for the fifth consecutive year. The Big ‘E’ is presented to clubs that achieve all administrative, financial, and community service criteria. Only about 3% of nearly 600 Exchange clubs nationally, earn the Big ‘E’. In addition, Club President Jill Parker earned the Distinguished Club President Award, Club Secretary Dave Sauter earned the Distinguished Club Secretary Award, and Skip Warner earned the Distinguished Club Immediate Past President Award. Club members completed nearly 50 projects from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 in the areas of impact, Community Service, Prevention of Child Abuse, Americanism, and Youth.
