The Exchange Club of Springfield inducted new member Derrick Young with Past District President and Sponsor Larry Sewell performing the ceremony. It was also the first 7 AM morning meeting for the club. The club is experimenting with a morning meeting to enable potential new members who can’t get away from their jobs at noon. In July, all meetings will be at 7 AM at Collier’s Family Restaurant.
The work world is much different these days and the club board is to be commended for trying new things. The club’s mission is unchanged, to “Inspire our community to be a better place to live!”
