President Mary Borer of the Ohio-West Virginia District Exchange Clubs presents the District’s 2015-2016 Exchangite of the Year Award to Larry F. Sewell of Springfield, Ohio at the District Convention at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, May 21st, 2016. Mr. Sewell is the Immediate Past President of the District and presented Exchange Education programs at all three Spring Conferences this year, as well as assisting the District as they hosted the National Exchange Club Convention in Columbus, Ohio last July.
Larry chaired the District Convention Committee this year, and was appointed a Division Director at the Convention. He is President of the Exchange Club of Springfield Foundation, and Chairman of the Americanism Programs of the club.
