The Exchange Club of Springfield will sponsor Kid’s Day at the Clark County Fair as it has since 1949. Exchangites will hand out programs at the gates and then meet for a quick bite at the Porkchop Concession. Then it is off to the track for Games and Fun, and a raffle!
