Project Update – Matthew Yates Memorial Bench Bottlecap Recycling – The caps are delivered and the benches are here! In a tale of two Presidents, Mark and Larry ventured out in a rented cargo van at 0600 Friday May 5th, 2023 for the appointment to deliver 500lbs of caps and retrieve the two 8ft benches from Green Tree Plastics in Evansville, IN. Thirteen hours later, mission accomplished! Due to the diligence and planning of the outstanding Recycling Committee, Chair Karen, Skip, Mark L, Melissa T, and Bev Sewell, and sorting and gathering help from members Peg, Holly, Tim, Jill, and others, the club achieved an A Plus rating with zero rejected caps!
