The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio celebrated the 100th Anniversary of its Charter in the National Exchange Club in 2021 in part by endowing the Fred Dillon Scholarship in Manufacturing Technology Management at Clark State, through the Clark State Foundation. Mr. Dillon, of Dillon Manufacturing, was a member of the club for 45 years. Prior to his passing in 2002, he created the Exchange Club Foundation of Springfield, Ohio, and upon his passing, donated a sizeable sum to it. Since that time, the Foundation has continued to support local charitable organizations, provide scholarships to high school seniors, and much, much, more. The Foundation recently also began a scholarship program to the Clark State Police Academy, also through the Clark State Foundation. An Exchange Member spotted this billboard recently by the Spring Street overpass. Thanks again Fred, you are still helping to serve the citizens of Springfield, and Clark County through Exchange.
