Springfield Club Accepts Citizen’s Award from Springfield Police Division

The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio received the Springfield Police Division Citizen’s Award for sponsoring the DARE drug prevention education program in the Springfield City Schools since 2010, May 26, 2017.
