DESCRIPTION:The Exchange Club of Springfield will meet at the Wittenberg Student Center to honor four local high school seniors as their school’s candidate for the Club’s Youth of the Year Award. Each school’s Youth of the Month will receive a stipend of $ 100 and a Certificate honoring them as their National Exchange Club’s Youth of the Month.
