SUMMARY:Exchange Welcomes Students of the Month
DESCRIPTION:The Exchange Club of Springfield will honor local high school seniors as Youth of the Month.  The YoM selectees will each receive a Certificate and an honorarium of $100. They will also be eligible to participate in the Youth of the Year scholarship program by submitting a written Essay.  First Prize is a $1\,000 college scholarship\, Second Prize garners $500\, and Third Prize results in a $250 college scholarship. The First Prize winner will also be submitted to the Ohio-West Virginia District Youth of the Year contest.  If selected for the District’s Youth of the Year they will receive from the District a $1000 college scholarship and be submitted to the National Youth of the Year contest.  The National Exchange Club Youth of the Year receives a $15\,000 college scholarship.

DESCRIPTION:We will meet Tuesday March 19\, 2019\, Noon\, at the Wittenberg Student Center.  We will honor the Youth of the Year for 2018-19 as well as the First and Second Runner Up.  The YoY will receive a $1000 scholarship\, First Runner Up a $500 scholarship\, and Second Runner Up a $250 scholarship.
