Ever since the Exchange Club of Huntington\, Ind.\, sponsored the first award in 1919\, thousands of unsung heroes and heroines have been recognized.  The Book of Golden Deeds Award exemplifies The National Exchange Club’s beliefs.

SUMMARY:Yates Memorial Bench Bottle Cap Recycling Project Collection Date
DESCRIPTION:Wednesdays March 1st\, April 5th\, and May 10th\, 2023 have been set as Community wide Collection Dates/Pickups of Bottle Caps.  Exchange Club Members and Volunteers will be stationed at the Springfield City Policy/Sheriff Safety Building Lobby for Drop Offs (& in the parking lot between Huntington Bank & Craven Bonds from 11am-1pm and 4pm-6pm.  Scheduled pick-ups are available during these dates as well.    We will need Exchange Members to take a turn at the collection stations.  Chair Karen Lotz would like 3 per station per shift\, for a total of 18 members over the 3 days and 6 shifts. Plan now to help out on 1 March\, 5 April\, and 10 May either in the morning or afternoon.
