The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio will meet Tuesday August 15, 2017 at the Benham-Pence Student Center on the campus of Wittenberg University.  Our guest speaker will be Shaun Lisle from the Clark County Sheriff's Office DARE/Safety Village Project.
